These terms describe the agreement for using Outlift, operated by Wonop ApS, Klokagervej 26, 9800 Hjørring, Denmark, CVR 41904143. Contact support@getoutlift.com. Read these terms together with the offer and total price shown before purchase.
The service
Outlift is a strength-training application. You describe your equipment and training preferences; the app builds sessions and records completed work. It is independent of ATLETICA and does not promise support for every rack, attachment or equipment combination. Check your setup in the app.
Outlift is not medical advice or supervised coaching. Use equipment as instructed, choose loads appropriate to you and seek qualified advice where an injury or medical condition affects training. No specific fitness outcome is guaranteed. This does not limit your statutory rights to a service that conforms to the contract.
Accounts and users
You must be at least 16 to use an account and at least 18 to purchase access. A younger eligible user may use a paid shared plan with the responsible adult’s agreement. Keep your sign-in email secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
Single-user plans cover one person. Five-user plans and the advertised lifetime offer cover up to five users with separate accounts and training histories. Invite users through the supported sharing mechanism rather than sharing login details or bypassing the user limit.
Prices and payment
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly / one payment |
|---|---|---|
| Single user | €9.99 | €99 yearly |
| Five users | €14.99 | €149.99 yearly |
| Lifetime, five users | Not recurring | €149.50 launch price; regular €299 |
Monthly and yearly subscriptions are paid in advance and renew at the selected interval until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription charge. Payment is processed by Stripe. The total payable, including applicable taxes, must be disclosed before you place the order.
All advertised prices include VAT. Lifetime access lasts for the lifetime of the Outlift product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. It provides access for up to five users while that product continues to be offered. It does not promise that Outlift will operate indefinitely. If the product is discontinued, mandatory consumer rights and any remedies required by law remain unaffected.
We will notify you of changes to a recurring price before they apply, with an opportunity to cancel before renewal. A price change does not retroactively change the price of an already-paid period.
Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
You can cancel a recurring subscription in the app’s billing settings or contact support for help. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Deleting an account and cancelling a subscription are different actions.
Ordinary cancellation does not normally produce a partial-period refund. Statutory withdrawal rights and remedies for faulty or misdescribed services still apply. Access starting does not by itself remove every consumer withdrawal right. See the cancellation and refunds policy for how to make a request.
Permitted use and ownership
Use Outlift lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, evade account or user limits, disrupt the service, or redistribute protected software, artwork or exercise-library material without permission. Your access is a right to use the service, not ownership of its software.
You retain your rights in the training information you provide. We use that information to operate the service as described in the privacy policy. You can export your data and request account deletion.
Availability and changes
Maintenance and faults may interrupt access. We may improve or change the service, but changes must respect the features and obligations agreed at purchase and applicable consumer law. Planned features on the roadmap are not promises of a release date.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a material breach or a security threat. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Any refund or remedy required by law remains available.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer protections, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your remedies if the service is faulty or not as described. Any claim is assessed under applicable law. The absence of a promised fitness result does not excuse failure to provide the service you bought.
Law and complaints
Danish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the law of their country of residence. These terms do not restrict a consumer’s mandatory rights concerning where to bring a claim.
Please contact support first with your account email, order reference and the issue. If unresolved, eligible Danish consumer disputes may be raised with Nævnenes Hus, subject to its jurisdiction and conditions. Consumers in other EU countries can seek assistance through ECC-Net.
Updates to these terms
Material changes will be communicated before they apply where required. We will not use an update to remove mandatory rights or retrospectively reduce an agreed purchase. The version and offer accepted when you buy should be kept with your order confirmation.
