This page explains the difference between stopping a renewal, exercising a statutory withdrawal right and requesting a remedy when something is wrong with the service.
Stop a subscription renewal
Cancel in the app’s billing settings before your next renewal. If you cannot access those settings, email support@getoutlift.com with your account email and order reference. Do not send card details or a sign-in code.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues through the period already paid for. Ordinary cancellation does not normally refund the unused part of that period, but this does not affect statutory rights. Lifetime purchases have no recurring renewal to cancel.
The consumer withdrawal period
Consumers buying online in the EU generally have 14 days from concluding a service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Exceptions and information requirements apply. Starting access alone is not a blanket waiver of that right. EU guidance on withdrawal.
If you expressly request a service to begin during the withdrawal period, a proportionate payment for service already supplied may be due where the legal conditions are met. Digital-content exceptions require their own conditions, including express consent and acknowledgement. Which rules apply to the purchase must be explained correctly at checkout.
Send a clear withdrawal statement to support@getoutlift.com or by post to Wonop ApS, Klokagervej 26, 9800 Hjørring, Denmark. You can use the model below, but it is not required. Any mandatory online withdrawal function must also be made available in the live purchase service.
Model withdrawal notice
To: Wonop ApS, Klokagervej 26, 9800 Hjørring, Denmark; support@getoutlift.com
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following Outlift service:
- Service or plan:
- Order date and reference:
- Consumer name:
- Consumer address:
- Account email:
- Date:
- Signature, only if sent on paper:
Where withdrawal gives a right to reimbursement, it will be handled within the legally required period, generally 14 days after notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost.
Faulty service, duplicate charges and other problems
Contact support with what happened, when it happened and your order reference. If the service does not conform to the agreement, applicable law may entitle you to correction, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement. These rights are separate from a voluntary refund policy and do not disappear when the withdrawal period ends.
Account deletion is separate
Deleting your account removes training information under the privacy policy. It is not the same request as withdrawing from a purchase. Check your billing status and cancel recurring access before deleting the account, or contact support to handle both requests.
If your complaint remains unresolved
Ask support for a written response. Eligible Danish complaints may be referred to Nævnenes Hus; cross-border EU consumer assistance is available through ECC-Net. Applicable eligibility requirements still apply.
